1 1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. soda water
Garnish: orange slice

Steps:

1. prepare wine glass with ice cubes to the brim
2. give Prosecco above
3. follow up with Aperol
4. finish off with soda water
5. garnish with orange slice
