Gin Fizz
Ingredients:

2 oz. Gin
1 oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed (1/4 lemon)
1/2 oz. sugar syrup
to top: 3 oz. soda water
Garnish: lemon shell
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Steps:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. squeeze 1 oz. of lemon juice (1/4 lemon) into a cocktail shaker
2. add gin and sugar syrup to it with ice cubes
3. shake until chilled
4. strain into a long glass with ice cubes
5. top off with soda water
6. garnish with lemon shell twist
