Ingredients:

1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. sugar syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
to top: 3 oz. Champagne
garnish: lemon shell
garnish: cocktail cherry
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Steps:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. add Gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. shake until chilled
3. strain into a chilled flute glass
4. top off with Champagne
5. garnish with lemon shell twist and cocktail cherry on a toothpick.
