Vodka sour
Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz. sugar syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: lemon shell
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Steps:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. add Vodka, lemon juice, sugar syrup, Angostura Bitters and egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. shake firmly until chilled
3. strain into a rocks glass with three ice cubes
4. garnish with lemon shell twist
