Sazerac
Ingredients:

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1/4 oz. Absinthe
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: lemon shell
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Steps:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. fill old fashioned glass with crushed ice
2. give the Absinthe to it
3. take mixing glass and add the sugar cube to it
4. add two dashes of Angostura Bitters above and muddle
5. pour whiskey inside
6. fill with ice cubes and stir till chilled
7. remove crushed ice from the old fashioned glass
8. strain content from mixing glass into the old fashioned glass
9. garnish with lemon shell twist
