Whiskey sour

Steps:

1. prepare an old fashioned glass with ice cubes

2. add bourbon, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker

​

3. crack an egg, sort the yellow out and give egg white to the shaker

​

4. shake it all together without ice

​

5. add some ice to it and continue shaking till chilled

​

6. strain into old fashioned glass

​

7. garnish with lemon shell twist & cocktail cherry
